Welcome to Aikido Academy

Aikido is a non-violent, non-competitive martial art which emphasizes techniques that use the antagonist’s force to neutralize an attack. Aikido teaches self-discipline, respect, focus, confidence, and self-defense, but not only that, it’s fun! Aikido is a great way to get some exercise after work or school and help you get the focus and confidence you need for success.
